EMP Trust HR is surely the most convinient way of manging a large team of people. From automating the entire onboarding process to safety check all reugulations, It's always a convinience to manage all employee documentations and forms, Employees too can easily login to it update their records. It can easily be implemented and with customizable forms, it can help ensure that have the right person for the job. This is also good as it easily integrates with other HR systems like payroll thus allowing you to seamlessly control everything from one place. The system lags sometime but the suuport staff is an absolute breeze and help you resolve the issue promptly.
Basic ATS
The Customer Support and Development Team have been great to work with. The pro here is that you get the individualized help and a good response time. The ATS itself has all the basic needs that a company would need to get started.There is some room for cool customizations.
Good I-9 Solution
We like EmpTrust as an e- I-9 & E-verify solution. Everything is very customizeable. The best part is their remote agent functionality. Our account reps and their customer support teams are always quick to respond when we need something, and pricing is fair.
Cost Efficient & Highly Responsive
Our representative, Kyle, always gets back quickly and is happy to meet when we have questions!

Mattel EMP Trust experience
Once new hires receive the link, they are able to complete their I-9 and upload documents using their phone. Having the documents done on the back end, saves so much time on the HR side, when completing section 2.
Sometimes it's hard to describe the issue you are having via email.
I like that we are able to everify candidates, update section 3, and not be the section 2 agent. It allows us to spend less time on the I9 process.
